The dates for the Fall 2012 retreat are October 25-28. You can go on Thursday or Friday. Cost Is $275.00 for Thursday or $185.00 for Friday. A $100.00 deposit will save your spot. It is already half full! Call the shop if you have questions.

– Classic Elite Spring Books-
-Classic Elite is again having a Spring/Summer knitting event! You can use fall or spring yarn to knit up a pattern from the new spring 2012 books. We will keep track of the number of balls you use and in July we will draw for a gift basket valued at $100.00 from Classic Elite!! You can use any of the new patterns- they must call for a minimum of 2 balls of yarn! You can do more than 1 project. You will get your name in the drawing for every ball you purchase after the first 2 balls of each project. Call if you have questions

Susannie got her ticket to Germany!!! She will be leaving next tues! So if you need her to help you, she will be here on thurs until 2 pm and next Saturday, then she is gone for up to 2 months!!

Hours are Friday -12-10 pm, Saturday 10am-10 pm, and Sunday 10 am- 4 pm. Cost is still $25. Send in your check or stop by to reserve your space. We will limit it to 65 people. If you are sending a check, add your email address, phone and note that it is for the retreat. We will send info about fri and sat meals through email. If you don’ t have email, make sure you give us you phone number so we can let you know what we will be offering for dinner.

Liberty Wool

February colors of Liberty Wool is in. There are 2 new patterns as well to knit with the Liberty Wool, a child’s February sweater and a interesting scarf that is knit lengthwise.

Motley

Here is a photo of the “Motley” shawl from Knitty. I knit with karaoke from South West Trading. It takes 900 yards. I knit it about a week and a half. You start at the long edge and it gets shorter as you go!
