Snowman Class reminder

Don't forget that the snowman pillow  class starts on Thursday.   Times are 10am-12 or 6-8pm. Check out blog for October 7 for a picture. Okay-I am including a photo this time(I swear I thought I had posted the photo of the Snowman Pillow, so I am posting now).  Also, I said it starts this Thurs,but it really starts on the 11 of Nov.  The 2nd class in Dec 2.  Class times are 10-12 or 6-8.  Call up the shop to sign up and let us know which time you want.  Class cost is $20+ materials(around $30.) Notes from knit camp

As usual Knit Camp is great!  Mary Ann finished her spider hat. Junelle and I will have ours finished by dinner tonight! Cotton Classic in Stock!

For those who have been waiting for more colors of cotton classic, they are here!  We got in around 20 colors. So come and get um! I have finished the snowman pillow that we are doing in Nov. (check previous blog about alpaca crochet scarf class), and it is adorable.  I will pick up orange felt for the nose and distribute it in class.  There may be enough yardage in one sk. of the boucle for 3 pillows (guess what my family is getting for christmas).  The Retreat was a great time as usual! ...

Alpaca crochet scarf class-Sat Nov 13 from 1-4 pm.  Basic crochet knowledge needed.  Cost $20. Plus 1 sk of chunky alpaca and size J crochet hook. Open knitting

Don't forget that thurs.  is Open Knitting. All are welcome.  Knit time is 5-8pm. Bring whatever you want to work on. In Store Retreat is next weekend!  Dates are Oct 15-17.  Hours are Fri 12-10pm, Sat 10 am-10pm, and Sun 10 am-4pm.  Cost is $25 for the weekend.  You will get free patterns, discount on yarn and a shop bag!  We will bring in dinner on Fri and Sat for $7,50 per meal.  Call the shop to sign up. We Are Crazy for Entrelac!

The photos are of some of the pic nic participants in their entrelac sweaters and others just enjoying the great weather! Thanks for a great time last sat.  The pitch in was a great success!  The food choices were awesome, and the company was not bad either!  How is it possible that we had so many different items.  I really thought we would end up with 8 pots of baked beans.  Good job!  We will try to make this a semi-annual event.
