What a Great Weekend
So much FUN!! What a great weekend. We had around 70 people coming and going this weekend.
It was a little crowded and a bit NOISY (you know who you are!), but what a great time for knitters!!
We even had a little midday entertainment on Saturday with the run for the Salvation Army that passed by. We cheered them on and Alice grabbed pans and spoons for extra large cheers!
They seemed very appreciative for the support. What great get ups they wore!
Also, Jennifer from Burr Oak Studios joined us with her fabulous wares.
Speaking of Jennifer, we are working together to show her stuff at Stitches! YEAH!
Speaking of Stitches (did you see how I did that), Bus signups have started! We are adding a incentive for early committers! Sign up and pay before June 1 and pay only $45. June 1- July1- pay $55. After July 1 you will pay $65.
Payment MUST be made when you reserve your seat. We can not sign you up without payment!!
So please don’t ask.
Don’t forget the Missoni Sweater class starts this thursday at 6 pm.
If you do not have your yarn yet we can pick it out thursday.

KNIT BOMB OVERNIGHTER! April 27 7pm-? We will be making pieces for our knit bomb house to benefit Trusted Mentors. You can also knit these at home and bring them in to the shop by the end of the month! PLEASE!
I need-50-60 6×6″ squares
30- 4″x4′ pieces ( best if you cast on the 4″ amount and knit for 4 feet)
We will assemble the house on the 10th of May, then display on Virginia on the 11th. I would love to have knitters out with the house telling about the project. If it is a nice day, we should have a lot of foot traffic up and down the street.
