I made a mistake and said that the June 18 th scarf felting class is needle felted.  It is actually Wet Felted!  Remember that there are only 12 spaces available for the workshop. So call the shop as soon as you know you can make the date! Tonight is Open Knitting from 5-8 pm.  no charge. Just bring what ever you want to work on.  This Sat. is an Overnighter!  Starts at 7:30 and last as long as you want to stay.  Cost is $20 plus a snack to share.  I will buy the sodas and the pizza. Some of you wanted to know when the girl scout cookies arrive.  I have Thin Mints, Do si dos, Samoas,  and Trefoils.  I do not have the amounts that I have had in the past, because Alice is no longer in scouts, so call the shop for availability. Bavarian Crochet Class.  Learn to crochet these great squares that can be put together to make a pillow, shawl or blanket.  This is a really unique technique.  Susannie says you could also make a cute purse with the squares.  Cost: $45. Here are photos of some of the  new yarns I wrote about yesterday.  First is Lang's Estio,a cotton/wool blend that knits up at 4.25 sts. to the inch.  The colors are beautiful!  There are many patterns in the new book Lang 102.
