Overnighter is tomorrow night- May 12th from 7:30-? Cost is $20. plus a snack to share. Bring what ever you want to knit, but we will also sell you yarn if you want!!!

Check out the cute scarf Elaine and I made with the new recycled silk from Leilani Arts. We cut 8 foot lengths and then knotted them together. Could be easier! This is a great way to showcase the different silk in the skein.

I am in the process of finishing up the pattern “Wingspan” I will have it finished by sat, so if you come to the overnighter you can see it first. If you can not make the overnighter, i will post pics on the blog!

Crankers are back in stock! I may have sent the message already, but it can not be said too many times- The Crankers are back in stock!!!

Send in your checks for the Mass Ave. Bus to Stitches! Date is sat. August 11, 2012. Cost is $50 until July 1, then it goes to $60. We will be leaving Keystone at the Crossing at 7 am and making a stop in Lafayette on our way to Schaumburg.

Fiber Festival is quickly approaching!!
Bag up your old yarn, books needles and unfinished projects. Put it in ziplock bags with 2-3×5 index cards. On 1 card put your name, phone number, and what you want for what is in that bag. Second card needs to have your amount for what is in the bag. You can start bringing in your bags on the 1st of June. Fee: $5. no matter how many bags you bring in. If you do not have the correct cards or bags you will be billed $25! What ever you sell during the fiber festival will be an in store credit at the shop!!
Fiber Festival Sale will be Sat June 30th from 10am-12 noon. Get here early for the best selection!

Big Summer Sale is Thurs. June 7-Sun June 10th. All in stock yarn will be at least 30% off. Some Yarn will be 40-50% off. We will also have daily specials that we will send out through the blog! Pass the word!

**As in past, My daughter Maggie is knitting Chemo Caps for the summer. Last summer she knit 55 caps, so her goal this summer is 60. She got home from Purdue last Sunday, and she has already knit 8 caps! Go Girl!!
