It was a fun and productive weekend. Barb mastered shirt rows-way to go! Elaine finished the never ending rib sweater. D.S. Debbie finished 3 projects!! AWESOME! And Linda FINALLY finished THAT afghan! Praise The Lord!! We won’t have to look at THAT again ! Just kidding. It is beautiful and so much work!! We had beautiful weather and great accommodations! Here is the group, minus a couple ( me and a few others- it was a little cool).

NEW FUN AND EASY PROJECT. Get out your crankers !! Gale and Barb cranked a 100 gr skein of sock yarn and then Gale created this beautiful cowl. Sure to be a hit!! I will have directions at the shop and we will get Gale to give us a tutorial! Is that okay Gale?

Gale also created 2 with 2 skeins of Malabrigo Rasta. Gorgeous !! There is no knitting involved in the Rasta version and the sock version uses only the cranker.

Maybe Gale can show us how to wrap the cowl at the next OVERNIGHTER-scheduled for December 7 th from 7:30-? Check out the info section on the website for more information.

Here is a late thank you to the girls from Chi Town who visited last week. The treats were very sweet-check out the cake from one of their local bakeries.
