Here are promised pictures of my Puff -daddy! Elaine and I took our promised trip to cincy and got our comforters (and a few other items ).  Back to the puff!  It was so easy and we have many options for yarn choices.  I am next going to try 128 triple stranded.  For my Puff I cast on with waste yarn.  I wanted to try Kitchner, which worked really well.  I was afraid sewing cast on and bind off ends together or 3needle bind off might end up too tight along the side.   However I kitchnered with...

To celebrate my BIG BIRTHDAY, Friday   October 14th, we are going to have balloons!  In the balloons will be discounts from 10%-50%!  You will pick anything in the store (yes including books and needles) and then pick your balloon!  We will then pop the balloon and see what your discount will be!  There will be no adding or subtracting of items once the balloons is popped!!  PLEASE DON'T ASK!  This is one of the very rare times that books and needles are on sale, so you may want to stock up....

Okay- so sorry about yesterdays photos that did not come through!  It must have been serendipty, because we had to reschedule the class.  Here is the photo , and the class will be one of the 1st two sat. in Dec.  Annette also has a christmas stocking class the we may do on the Sun of that weekend.  Are you interested?  Call to get on the list.   You can also do slippers with higher sides for children and men.

I feel as though I have not "talked " to you guys in forever,  time just flys by.  Speaking of which, my b-day is coming up.  How could you have forgotten (i tend to remind everyone i see).  Watch for news of events planned for the BIG day! What has kept me so busy is the SHOP!  We are running around like squirrels on a wheel.  I have photos from the last felting class with Annette Browing of Kentucky Blue Fiber Co.  The process is so interesting and the finished scarves were just beautiful!...

Besides our booth at Stitches-This Was the Best Thing.  It was a hat from the Pajama Party, and I thought it was just adorable!!
