Once again we had a great time at knit camp!! Many people finished projects finished,  which always gives the rest of us hope.  Those of us who worked on the Vogue Cowl made some progress, but did not finish.  If you want to join us in this project, come in and we will get you started.  We will also have a support group meeting to work on the cowl on Sat. Nov. 5th at 11 am- 1.  This is not a very difficult project, but there is some homework to get done before the 5th (if you can).

Here are some photos of the new colors of Marina, Marina Glitz and Tundra Glitz!

BIG HIT AT CAMP (and since it came in last week) is the Kidsilk Haze Creation.  It is a knit tube that you spred out and knit.  There are only 2 sts in each row!!  It takes about an hour to knit and the colors are FAB!!

If you want some of this you better get in fast!! It is flying out the door.

There is also a new Kidsilk Stripe- more info later!

At mass. ave. knit shop we are always making lemonade!!  Check out Brenda’s Bag.  There was a problem with twisting.  We all know about this.  I felted the twisted bag, cut it and re-sewed.  I think it looks awesome!!

New Date for the Felted Slipper Class with Annette is scheduled for DEC 10th (sat) from 11 am- around 3.  This is a “no knitting” felt class.  There will still be time to make multiple pairs for the holidays!  Annette will have extra Hand-dyed roving for sale after the class.  Sunday, Dec 11, she will offer a “no knitting” Christmas Stocking class.  Also from 11 am- 3pm.

Cost for either class is $85.  which includes all your materials!  Call the shop to reserve your space!

Next overnighter is Sat Nov. 19.  7:30- ?  Call if you have questions.

Have a great day!

(is this week Ravelry Knitting.  I think so!)
